Welcome to the Home Owners Association – Eye of Africa Golf & Residential Estate
We prefer the term Home Owners ‘Community’ as we collaborate with homeowners to create a top-class facility to make this lifestyle possible for residents. By doing this, HOA assists board members to make more informed decisions that benefit everyone.
HOA’s mission is for Eye of Africa to be recognized as the very best lifestyle estate – not just in Gauteng, but in South Africa. We will continue working with residents to improve our offering until we have attained that objective and goal!
The HOA comprises:
- Estate Manager – manages all matters relating to maintenance and efficient running of the Estate;
- Financial Manager – manages the budget, collection of Levies, etc;
- Building Control – liaise directly with homeowners on building standards and submission of plans
- Security – HOA Risk Manager manages 24-hour security operations
- Maintenance Team – maintain our beautiful common property spaces and parks

Estate Security
The Estate also offers you peace of mind with 24-hour on-site security, access control and patrolling guards to provide a safe and secure lifestyle for you and your family. The entrance to the Estate is protected by early warning motion beams, alerting security to any movement at the main entrance, thus ensuring security guards are always ready to meet visitors or residents. The entrance gate is also controlled and monitored by using Biometrics (fingerprint recognition) at the gate.
In addition the 7.5 km long Clearvu fence surrounding the development is a fibre-optic motion detection system. The system is alerted by a combination of light, heat and motion. 10-strand electric fencing has been added to the fence to secure the Estate further.
