Our vision is to create a vibrant recreational, social and community hub that will become the key destination and gathering space for Eye of Africa’s residential community. At Eye of Africa, the standard of living is only rivalled by the sense of community and facilities available to all residents.

Residents can build their dream home using one of the Eye of Africa Show Builders, select a house & land package or use their own architect and builder. All homes are subject to design guidelines reviewed by the Homeowners Association and Architectural Review Committee, and Landscape designs are reviewed by a Landscape Architect, to ensure the community remains aesthetically pleasing and that each home is unique.

Estate Security

The Estate also offers you peace of mind with 24-hour on-site security, access control and patrolling guards to provide a safe and secure lifestyle for you and your family. The entrance to the Estate is protected by early warning motion beams, alerting security to any movement at the main entrance, thus ensuring security guards are always ready to meet visitors or residents. The entrance gate is also controlled and monitored by using Biometrics (fingerprint recognition) at the gate.

In addition the 7.5 km long Clearvu fence surrounding the development is a fibre-optic motion detection system. The system is alerted by a combination of light, heat and motion. 10-strand electric fencing has been added to the fence to secure the Estate further.
